I'm passionate about helping people to incorporate wellbeing and stress management techniques into their daily life. I believe that with the right tools, we could all become a better version of ourselves. We are constantly exposed to the stresses of modern life in the workplace and at home, so learning techniques for stress management, relaxation and improving mindset can be transformative.

I have created a series of bespoke workshops designed to support anyone who wants to make a personal change or improve wellbeing in the workplace. I also provide personal and professional coaching services to help you reach your goals and achieve success. I use a variety of techniques including neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), yogic breathing and thoughtful questioning to help you face your personal and business challenges head on and find the solutions you need.

What is coaching?

The word coaching means to transport someone from one place to another. Through thoughtful, provocative coaching, I will help you facilitate the process of moving forwards in areas such as: your life goals, personal development, or achieving better results in your academic or professional life.

How does coaching work?

Coaching uses a combination of observation, questioning, listening, feedback, and NLP to generate conversations and experiences that give insight, learning and change. During a coaching session, the individual often has moments of self-realisations about their behaviour which can help remove limiting belief systems and align core values allowing them to become happier and more confident about their lives. The service provided is coaching and not training, therapy or counselling.
